Wayne and the best man John reached out back towards the end of 2019 to commission us to making two bespoke linen suits for the big day!
Wayne had images of the exact colour in mind, we sourced through our selection of linen cloths and found the exact colour. Just to make sure the colour and shade was right we had a meter of cloth sent ahead to double check and triple check with Wayne and John (best man). After giving us the go ahead we had a team draft and start cutting their patterns.
Then we moved right in to lockdown. What a year nearly six months of lockdown, and every wedding date moved. I must say Wayne and John have been a pleasure to work with keeping us updated on new dates and flight plans. I have spend over 27 years in the wedding business and never had a year like this.
We designed a very smart two button single breasted jacket with a notched lapel straight flapped pockets with a working cuff and four contrasting brown buttons with slim tapered trousers. The inside lining is ivory so that this matches perfectly as seen with the top pocket squares.
